ART FOR CHARITY

I have donated a precious jewelley box a.k.a. "Amber" to "Muse 2009: Gray Matters".

This event will celebrate local artistic achievement and cultural diversity while donating all funds to the world-class Brain Sciences Program at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Proceeds from this year’s event will help fund the purchase of a Transcranial Ultrasound, a revolutionary life-saving machine that detects and helps to prevent strokes.

Who/What? Silent auction of art from 50+ artists from all genres
When? Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 7 pm
Where? Shamba Space at 48 Yonge St, Toronto, Ontario
Visit muse09.com for more information, to donate to this cause or to purchase your ticket for this chic and hip charitable event.

This is my first time donating art for a cause and I couldn't be happier. It's a great feeling knowing that your art was somehow involved in the efforts to help prevent strokes. It's going to be a great evening. Let's all help to make it a successful one. Hope to see you all there.
