World meet Beast Girl, my newest pride and joy. The character was inspired by a photo, snapped accidentally last summer, by my boyfriend. He took the picture, unintentionally, while a bunch of us were waiting for him to set the ‘auto shooting’ and run over to take a group shot. The photo captured my teenage cousin struggling to control her wild hair as the wind blew at her back. I wasn’t expecting the photo to be there, but the moment I saw it I knew I had to use it. Saw it in person on Sunday. Was one of the highlights of the show!
